My generation thinks they should start at the top, not work their way up and they will not take a job that doesn't fit their ideal. I'm 26 got buddies who graduated with me who "can't" find work. They want to come in at noon and be off at five. They're all spoiled and get some part time job and live off their parents till they quit paying for them.


There it is right there...we have the same issue, kids outa college wanting to start at the top, but can't produce.
