1/2 cup of good Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 to 2 tablespoons of good brown horseradish mustard
1 to 2 tablespoons of worsteshire sauce
1 tablespoon of Wasabi paste
1/2 of a lemon juiced.
Mix thoroughly and marinate your Tuna steaks. Do not use all your mixture during the marinate process. After grilling pour a little of the stuff you didn’t use over the steaks...yum yum!!!
