Well we finally got our stuff together thursday night and headed out Friday morning to lewisville for the weekend. It was great time had by all. I had chummed the place with a catfish cake i picked up at acadmey first thing in the morining and went fishing about 20 min later. Used a combo of Danny King orig. recipie and shrimp. Nothing touched the shrimp...... But Danny kings rocked! Ran out of the first bucke about 5pm and had to run back up to acadmey and picked up their last two. Fished till about 1am and drank alot of beer! The biggest one was a 3.5 lbs channel and a 10 pound carp. All 50 were about 1.5-2.5 lbs. and i caught my first flat head too! It was a great time and my son, only 2 loved to play with the meow meow fish!
