For those that do not like the taste of fish, tilapia is a good choice. That is why it has become the "go to" fish for most restaraunts. What you taste is the seasoning and not the fish.

My brother in law and I where down there sunday all day. Netted a bunch of them critter`s. We were in a green and white procraft.
