Hello fellas!

Looks like we will be back in action this Saturday 3/22 at Harbor Bay Marina on Ray Hubbard. The tournament will start at 6pm and go to 11pm. $10 entry with $7 to big stringer and $3 to big fish. This is only on the pay dock so every one is fishing the same area. The fish have been moving up as of late and the evening bite has been getting better each week. This is a 1-pole/1-hook event and you can use live bait or jigs. Call me if you have any questions.

This is open to anyone. You will find this to be a great bunch of guys that love to crappie fish. No one person has had any great advantage this year and it is a lot of fun for just $10 plus your barge pass!

8.63 for pass and the fishin is lookin good left with 7 keepers last night in about 3 hours with about 15 throwbacks and a 20 pound buffalo.

fishN: there are docks and a barge at this location. Plenty of space for as many as want to show up.

They have been starting right at dark.

Last night was another good night with everyone catching some good fish. They started right at dark and bit hard for an hour or so then slacked off and picked back up again around 10pm. This is as good as I have seen it in a long time and will make the tourny Saturday very interesting in deed!

jigs last night saw about 30people on the bardge and everyone was catching fish was the best ive seen it in 3 years, will be at tawokoni sat durinfg the day but im not missen this see yall outthere.

as for directions exit village off thirty its the first exit after second bridge comming from dallas turn left at light heading north go down the hill past snuffers and acrooss bridge [railroad] make left and followto the parking lot taking entrys in the store.

Take I30 east to the 1st Rockwall exit (Horizon Rd.)
Turn left on Horizon and go over I30
The first left behind Snuffers is the entrance to Harbor Bay.
Follow the road down to the marina store.

Nice meeting you...it was good fishing, to bad there were 30 people to weed out the 40 crappie caught. I am headed there right now to beet the early crowd.

Sorry I missed it...buddy of mine wanted to do some nite fishin on Grapevine and I couldn't refuse.

So what was the big stringer/big fish??

We had two 5-fish stringers weighed in and the big stringer was upper 4lb range (don't remember exactly) and only 1/10th seperated them. Tie for bid fish at 1.2lb.

Close contest and down to the wire with 3 fish cought with less than 10 minutes to go.

We will be on again next week at 6pm.
