They are discharging water at full tilt. Fly fishing or fishing in general is pretty much out of the question.

Yeah, it's really tough right now, it's just under 3,000cfps, in a very small area, so that's some pretty serious current.

However, after last spring's floods...they were letting out 8,000+ for weeks! Now that was crazy!

There aren't any spots if you wanted to fish... there were a ton of people each taking up 50 feet with 5 rods.
