I'm looking at a 2008 Nissan Titan crewcab with the 5.6 are the 2008 Toyota Tundra crewcab with the 5.7 ??? which one and why please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. I bought a Chevy cause it gets better gas mileage then either one of those rice burners.Plus you pay thousands less,yes thousands.

I don't need the extra horse power or towing capacity either.

But if you would have gotten the Tundra you would have got to take it back to the dealer a few times for all the recalls. snapped camshafts, U joints snapping, etc. And if you would have bought a Titan you would be gettin an awesome 12-13 mpg.

I bought a Chevy as well.

Yep, then you could get the Dodge with Hemi and get good mileage and great towing for boats....AND even cheaper then Chevy or Toyota!!!!!

I had the Hemi and there is no way it got better gas mileage than my Chevy. Now the Hemi did have more power but my Z-71 pulls my a 20 foot Skeeter with no problem.

yep chevy has the best gas milage and has plenty of power to tow a boat. i wonder why thier are always way more chevy's at the ramp?

I am getting 18 hwy in mine (4x4 1/2 ton 4 door) so that is very hard to complain about with that size motor... I would just about bet that the gas mileage is better or at least as good when pulling a boat with Chevy and Dodge...The highway may be better with Chevy empty than dodge...

I have a GMC, and it tows great. But I have heard that Dodge tows the best.

Most all of the new bigger V8s tow good...I have been in most of the brands and they are all capable...

Me likes all of the trucks mentioned, but man those Chevy's are FUGLY!

My little brother just bought an '08 GMC Z71 and it is indeed a nice ride with a good powerplant and tranny, but still on the the FUGLY side!

IMO the Toys aren't much better looking unless you add about $2,500 worth of body cosmetics (20" wheels, fender flares, nerf bars, etc)
