Ok folks, this one is on....with Sponsors. Come on out and help support the Converse Animal Shelter! This is not a fishing tournament, more of a get together and support for a good cause.

Since I'm fairly new to the Texas Fishing Forum, I thought I would post up to see if anyone is interested. I'll be at the Calaveras Catmen, hope some of ya'll will join us for this one too!

Date: 22 Mar 08
Time: 0700 - 5pm (some will probably camp that evening)

This will be a combined F.A.T of TKF and Alamo Area Anglers....anyone else is welcome. All donations will support the Converse Animal Shelter.
Those that donate will be eligible for the prizes (drawing). Come on out for some food, fishing and a good time. We will have this one if there are 2 people or 40 people.

Prizes are: Four ticket to the Spurs Vs Clippers on 26 March. Will be raffled as two prizes (Donated by the San Antonio Spurs); Scotty Fly Rod Holder, ACK T-shirts, Paddle Leash and an Air Line Seat Cushion (Donated by Austin Canoe and Kayak).

Don't forget to bring your donations for the Animal Shelter. You must bring a donation to be eligible for the raffle. You do not have to be present to win. The shelter is really looking for Kitty Litter, Puppy Food and Cat food. The more the merrier.

Kayakers, boaters and bank fisherman are all welcome, if you just want to hang out, that's cool too.

Thanks for your support and looking forward to everyone being out there. Should be lots of food. I will be cooking up a Shrimp boil.
