The AC/heater fan only blows on "high". Is this a fuse, switch, relay or something else?

Is it something that is easy to fix?

Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Possible that the blower motor resistor board went out. I'll Pm you more info in the morning.

it could also be the switch itself or a relay some of those vans had 2 relays a low speed relay and a high speed relay
