Yes, I, too am hoping to see some comments and reports.

I was there at the weight in 100lbs. won it and I think the biggest kitty was 38lbs. Those guys that set up that tourney are a class act. The guys that were in the tourney were also class acts. They had no problem sharing there secrets and giving tips.

I saw the 38lbr. Nice fish. I wonder what the BB record is. I'm going to try to get out in the afternoon for a couple of hours.

LAKE BENBROOK RESULTS


Will we have the results of our second tournament. What a wet and windy day for fishing. Lot’s of fisherman had a hard time getting the fish to cooperate with them. We had some high winds and it rained off and on all morning long until about 1pm when the big downpour came along and sent most of us running to shore. The real hardcore one stayed out there and battled the wind and the rain. We had a good turn out even with the bad weather. Had a total of 23 teams. Paid out over $2400 for 4 places and big fish. Congratulations to all the winners and hope to see everyone again next month in Navarro mills lake on March 15th.

First Place went to Cody Mullenix of Howe TX and Tony Petree of Pottsboro TX with 99.40 # winning $1052.00


Second Place winners were Roy Ewing of Moody TX and Jason Cummings of Moody TX with 43.0# winning $526.00




Third Place plus the BIG FISH winners were
Robert Gray of Madill Ok and Kenneth Fairfax of Plano TX with 38.4# winning $315.60
Big Fish Jackpot Robert Gray and Kenneth Fairfax with 36.2# winning $330.00

Do catfish stay reasonably healthy in livewells? Are there any specials techniques for keeping them alive during the tournament or at the weigh-in?
