I just found foster park on a recent trip from midland to san angelo. It looks beautiful and like the fishing would be pretty good from a flat bottom boat going upstream on spring creek. Anyone have any info?

I have not fished it in a long time. That is the first place I knew of for the trout stockings years ago. I have also caught catfish below the spillway. Beautiful spot even if you don't catch a bunch.
