most use big gear clamps, or do it easy, and use big tie straps..

you can take the original bracket (metal) and bend the ends with a vice or a set of channel locks. Just make small adjustments and check it with the head of the TM. As long as it is close, you'll be fine. Then attach the bracket with a stainless steel hose clamp( tight). Just make sure that the transducer is not tilted or rolled to one side for best reading results. Good luck
