I always liked Steve Dallas in "Bloom County."  Steve Dallas was my role model in the '80s. That didn't work out so well. I'm a Mike Binkley type now. Kids rushing toward teenager-ness = full anxiety closet.

I'd have to go with Cartman.....as my most recent favorite.
Butthead would be my pick of the 90's, along with Homer and Bart, though they were 80's.
All-time would have to be Bugs Bunny, though I don't enjoy it as much as I used to.
