My trim is stuck trying to go down. I had to disconnect the battery just to keep it from running. And just to get it to come up I had to use a jumper wire to close the circuit on the relay (pin 87 to 30)

Do you think this is probably a relay problem? (maybe stuck open)

Sounds like a relay to me....if not a relay a bad switch

Yeah, I'll go ahead and replace it and see if that clears up the problem.

Thanks PB, Oh by the way... What do you usually feed your pet fishies out in hachie lake??? just curious... lol

Mine did that in the up position. Luckily the garage door was open when it did it. Mine was the switch.
