Ray Sasser listed TP&W proposals, one being the following:

"Create a red drum bag limit of three fish daily between 20 and 28 inches at Lakes Nasworthy and Colorado City. That's the statewide limit. Because of power plant and golden alga problems, TP&W no longer stocks red drum in those lakes."

Statewide limit? Doesn't he mean saltwater limit? Has something changed I'm not aware of?
