Keeb, the original concept was to coordinate your Match play with some other pre-fishing or just an evening on a local lake. We set a minimum of 4 hours of competition but encouraged that rule to be "flexed" in both directions so that the squads could make something happen. Part of the fun is the "negotiation" for times and lake selection. If it will teach one thing, that would be the art of compromising effectively! LOL.

Being able to do something early in the day or afternoon during the week would be a great way to handle that. It would probably take some pressure off of weekend commitments to pre-fish for upcoming T's if that lake(s) could not be "compromised" on.

I think we should divide Amistad into 4 different bodies of water and put teams togeather and fish it as a division, Too far to fish Falcon ,Choke or Ivie lots of gas and probably an overnight stay. Amistad is large enough to support its own division. Just my 2 cents JVON

Your right Jvon. I think Jody is interested in getting teams together in many "divisions" this year. The top team from each division (if its voted in that way) wouold compete in the championship on a neutral body of water.

Jvon, Glad to have ya back I hope you and the mrs's do as well this year. I think anywhere we can get 4 Squads will work.. Hopefully we can finally give our TFFer's from all over the state a chance at this. There are no limits.....

That will be decided at the meeting Tues Night Bassackwards but I am really wanting it to be just 3 squads for simplicity and so that it will be easier for some areas to create more Teams.....

Yeah, that was last year and although I overreacted that is all behind me now as well as Jack I am quite sure. I had a gas last year and met some great people and am looking forward to it this year. I'll be in somewhere somehow I am sure. I have a boater, non-boater team already and Baylor guy may be in the mix as well. It's all good. I think that most that know me wouldn't have a problem being on the same team as myself. Anyway Realdeal, I hope that helps and maybe I'll see you on the water. We could hold hands, eat leftover chicken and stuff. I don't know about you but I am all tingly inside already...........................not like when I was climbing the rope in gym class in grade school tingly, yet tingly just the same.........................hehe
