Well I got home from work today to find a rod box with my name on it!
I open it and its a 7' popping rod from OTI, a little reward for catching the biggest YFT on Seis Tuna!
It also had a pack of jigs for my dad, he caught the biggest non tuna non shark. He is stoked!
I have to say that the quality of OTI's products and customer service by far surpasses any other company I have had dealings with!

Now I just got to get a Saragosa to go with it. I am think I still cant decide if I want the 14k or 18k...

i would stick with a 14000 due to the armbor shaft being bigger (means the drag washers are gonna be wider- more heat dissipation)

Thats what I was thinking. There is not very much line capacity difference. I still want to hold one before I buy. Maybe I need to make a trip to Houston again...
