Ok... I was pulling my boat back from a tourny and hit some unexpected, extremely heavy rain. Enough rain that my rod boxes got quite a bit of water in them. Enough water to set off my life vest I got at the Fox Sports Collegiate last year. What do I need to do to get it re-armed? Thanks for the help.

read your owners manual. each style / mfg has different configurations.

in general; replace the bobbin (part that disolves in water) and replace the CO2.

BPS or Cabelas should have the re-arm kits and they normally run $12-20 each depending on model. Very easy to do and I highly reccommend you discharge them yearly to test anyway. Cheap insurance in my opinion.
