I'm in Austin but would like to know of any and all Private Fishing available in TX. (No License Required) and any specifics as to species, fees, etc.

Also there is a fee fishing catfish place by Canyon Lake Dam thats supposed to be real nice. Google away.

Most of the state parks don't require a licence.
Check the Texas Parks and Wildlife website.
