Does this one have the new redesigned lower ends? Or is it one of the models you have to replace twice a year?

Sharp boat!!! It would be real pretty with a 250 pro xs on it.

It has the new 1.71: gearcase. We have had pretty good luck with the newer Lightnings. The old DI lightning ran about a 50% failure rate.
