I'm interested in doing some near shore fishing and have been looking at a Tidewater 216 Adventure boat. The boat comes with lots of standard equipment, including a Yamaha F 150 TXR engine and seems suitable for offshore. The price 'in the water' is about $35K. They seem to be a relative newcomer to the Gulf area and I would like to hear of any experiences with this boat and/or the manufacturer. I've also been looking at the NauticStar 2200. Anything will help! Thanks.
