Black Bass - Good
If we had to fish Martin Creek this week, these are the baits we would be using.
They have been good for us this year.
1.) 1/2oz. Carolina Rig. 12 to 14 lbs Sufix Siege, 2/0 or 3/0 Hook with Baby Brush Hog or Super Fluke in Watermelon Red Flake or Watermelonseed, dip the tail Chart.
2.) 1/2oz. Black/blue Jig with a Blue Chuck.
3.) 1/2oz. Black or Brown Football jig rig with a Skirted Double Tail Grub.
4.) 1/4oz. Shaky Head Jig. Color - watermelon red flake.
Fish these in 8 to 15 feet of water. Creeks, humps, in the cut and main points.
Until Next Time, Catch as many as you can, but only keep what you need.
GOD Bless & good fishing.
