How about five divisions by Location. Say DFW, South Texas, West, and East and Central. Individual two man teams fishing matches for points to earn a spot on there divisions 5 two man team championship squad. Championship would be the five divisions championship squads fishing against each other.

This way we can make it a state wide deal, and keep the traveling expenses down.

Hey Jrw glad the Misfits are back in it.... Decisions like these can be talked about if we can have a meeting. even if it is in some chat group so that we can get everyones opinions from all over the state.

I think we need to start making something happen. I dont know whos running it this year but we need to set a date for a meeting and start letting people know about it a week or two in advance. That way we get as much feedback as possible.

Before you can have a meeting, you will need to get some people committed as Team captains. Just thought I would help you a little

I have read several post about people wanting to change the format this year, and without knowing what format we are going to have how are we going to get people to participate. If we are going to keep the same format we had last year, I will volunteer to be a captain and start putting a team together.

From the way I am reading it, team captains will get together to see what type of format will be used. Nothing is in stone yet.
