What is your favorite homemade dessert?
I have an ice fishing trip in a month and I want to treat the boys to some good eats!

Hey Ryno,
This is easy !!

Bananas Foster- serves eight
4 Very Ripe bananas ( cut lengthways )
2 sticks real butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 tsp Cinnamon
1 shot Bacardi 151
1 shot Bacardi Dark
1 shot Creme de Banana ( Hiram Walker )

Over med heat, in large skillet or elec. skillet melt butter, add brown sugar and cinnamon to form a sauce.
Add bananas and saute about three minutes
Add dark rum and creme de banana
Add 151 and ignite ( photo-op )

When flame goes out, serve over homeade vanilla ice cream.

Bow at applause.

Try some Llano Estacado Port from Texas, with this offering.

Can't beat any good ole home made pie or cake. So much better than those store bought things. Personally love a good chocolate cake or chocolate pie

That sounds more like Bananas Foster Brooks.
