Hey guy/gals

I'm wanting to locate some of the higher end restaraunts in the DFW area for a part time job.

Any info would help \:\)

Thank you

I ate at Kirby's Steakhouse during the holidays. I thought the food was great. I talked to some people who worked there, and they love being a part of the business. You might check it out.
Here is a link to the one in Southlake, where we ate.

Good luck!

Highly recommend JR's Steakhouse in Grapevine/Colleyville area (right on 121) and of course Del Frisco's in Downtown Ft. Worth

Kirby's is very good...The Keg is actually very good...and Bob's Steak and Chop is excellent. There are actually a ton of high end steakhouses in the DFW area...

As far as making big $ in tips, I would 2nd Nick and Sam's. Also, Bob's Chop House, and Abacus.

Here's the list:

http://www.guidelive.com/feature/25/

Bob's, Del Frisco, Chamberlains, Ruth Chris, Randy's, Mortons, Sullivans, 3 Forks, Dakota's, Al Biernats. Al Biernat's is my personal favorite place in Dallas.

Del Frisco, 3 Forks, Ruth Chris.

Not sure any of those places would take a part timer. I had a roomate when I was 20 that was making 100k a year at 3 Forks. He was on a waiting list for over a year to interview.

I remember Rick Stein being our waiter manyt times at Del Frisco's years ago and now he has his own place. He would take orders from a large table and usually not write anything down...amazing. Most of the waiters I have had recently at the higher end steak houses aren't of that caliber but am sure they still make big bucks because of the large checks...

TdB is great! I love that place! I love the Pichana and the garlic sirloin. Mmmmmmmmmm...

Next time ya go, run up to the salad bar and get ya a bowl of the bacon pieces then mix those up in the potatoes. Now thats some good eatin right there.

Hey DaHorns... Don't forget the superbowl throwdown on the bbq board!

Are there Bonaza's still around? Havent seen one of those since I was a kid!

Hey, how about K-Bobs. That was a pretty good place for a low end steak house. The one in Gainsville had some killer nanner puddin...

I think that K-Bobs have all shut down.

There used to be a Western Sizzlin in Plano. I think they are all gone now.

My Dad and me used to go to Bonanza when I was a kid. My Dad figured if you could chew it, it was a decent cut of meat.

Reminds me when I was in my teens, my Aunt, Uncle and cousin came in from El Paso. My Dad wanted to take them to Pancho's for some "good" mexican food!!! I talked some sense into my Dad and we ate somewhere else...

Heck Yeah......

Raise The Flag!!!

We used to hit up Pancho's in Hurst in high school before football games. Them were the good ole days.... When we moved back to Texas from Indiana I told my wife all about Pancho's and took her to one in Texarkana, wasn't as good as I remember it in high school ;\) Are there even any Pancho's any more? They are all gone in Central Texas.

Theey're still around. If your Hurst hangout was on 183, it was still there last time I drove by. Notice that I didn't say "ate there".
