really p*sses me off.

To vote in tomorrow's primary election all a person need do is show up at the proper polling place and register by showing the officials a local utility bill. A utility bill?!!!!! Since when is a utility bill proof of US citizenship? This is just stupid.

I wonder how many Canadians are voting in this election?
