Can anyone tell me where I can find a diagram on a 96 F-250 Powerstroke? I need to change my starter very quickly and I am no mechanic so I need to know where my starter is.

Thank you!

Try following the battery positive cable. It goes two places (at least), the alternator and starter. It should be the thickest red cable. Good luck!

this might help too. I have an F150 and get lots of useful information on this site. I just posted the question. Seems they have one for F250s too.

Here is a reply from f250online:

"The starter is located on the rear passenger side of the block back by the flywheel housing."

Now I'm done...anybody else?
