Anyone know where you can buy buffalo or carp? I've heard some markets may carry them but have no idea where they might be.
Just wondering.

The fiesta markets, or most asian markets will have them.

If you buy them for blues make sure you get the fresh, never been frozen ones. I get em at super one foods in Tyler, I don't know if they have those stores where your located? The ones I get are buffalo ribs, their not as good as fresh shad but I have caught some good fish with them.

How can one tell if they've never been frozen?

Hey mando I am pretty close to the east fork of the trinity over inmeqsuite. I would love to get a few carp for cat bait and have heard of people dow hunting them. But is there an easier way to get one on rod and real. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just need an easy quick method to get fresh bait before a trip.

Will the corn catch Buffalo as well as Carp?

It will, though a buff's bite is usually much softer than carp's.
