This dip will be devoured!!!

Black eyed pea dip

1 stick of "real" butter (ew dont use margarine!!)
2 cans jalepeno black eyed peas (with the liquid)
1 small can green chilies
1 small or med chopped white onion
2 tsps minced garlic
16 oz cheese (2 8 oz bags shredded)
salt and peper
corn chips (Fritos scoopable!)

Place butter in a large microwave safe glass dish. Blend blacked eyed peas with liquid until smooth.
Melt butter in microwave then add black eyed peas, chilies, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and 3/4 of the cheese (one and a half bags).
