If anyone saw the ad in the Dallas Morning News from a fish farm in Arkansas offering free fish and free delivery, it is a scam. The same guy got in big trouble in Illinois for this scam. Here is a link to the story: http://dnr.state.il.us/pubaffairs/2007/May/ARKANSAS.HTML
