I have never had salt water fish to eat. Fresh water I bread and fry. Can I do the say with most salt water fish? Hey I know this is the ladies forum, but I'm an old batchelor and if I am going to eat at home I hae to do my own cooking.

hey grandpa
baked fish is pretty good and low fat and no cholesterol one pan easy clean up done is no time

we use the juice of lemon lime and orange, the no stick spray stuff, one onion one bell pepper coat fillets with old bay or any "seafood" dry rub bake at 350 for 30 minutes and walla

You can fry just about any of the saltwater fish except kings or spanish mackeral. Smoke or grill them if you get any, but that would probably be next summer.

I generally like the salt water fish better, but crappie and walleye are pretty close.
