I imagine if your income depended upon selling those pics, you'd consider it a "REAL issue." I don't read any whining--just sharing information. If the law bothers you, run for office.
if your livelihood is at stake, you better do a better job of protecting your work.
Ive worked on the internet for the better part of 10 years, dont tell me your going to sue me or anyone else for saving an image. like ive already said, every image from every website you visit is automatically stored on your computer as it is.
if I save your image and try to sale it, then you've got an argument. If im saving your image because I want to use it as a desktop background, you've got no legs to stand on.
