I would use a VibraSpin from http://www.KaRuLures.com.It's a spinner bait that puts off a good amount of Vibration... Great Lure to have in your tackle box.

I have to agree with on deck 14. A lucky craft ghost minnow.. DD78. Used the bait in several lakes and it works morning, noon, and night...........
