I would use a VibraSpin from http://www.KaRuLures.com.It's a spinner bait that puts off a good amount of Vibration... Great Lure to have in your tackle box.

Chartreuse spinnerbait. Used only 1 spinnerbait in 2004 and won AOY. And I mean just one. That is all I threw.

I have to agree with on deck 14. A lucky craft ghost minnow.. DD78. Used the bait in several lakes and it works morning, noon, and night...........
