Looks I will need a 4 in. riser plate for clamp on motor.. How have you done it ? Or do you know anyone in the DFW that can do the work ? ( Keep me from screwing up ) I'm in Garland

They have little jack plates you can put on that trim.

You said you need to go up 4" yet this shows only 3". Also appears to be cast aluminum, accident waiting to happen.

Open for any better solutions been looking on the web and called some boat shops to just pay to have them install seems the shops don't want to mess with will call some more tomorrow since a lot was closed today...

if you bring it up here I will do it for a pizza.

easy peasy, call steve and get one of his hydrodynamics or find a kicker motor mount that will handle 35 hp.

I had one made. Boat was a 15" transom and the new motor was a 20". Here are a couple of pics. They are not close ups but you get the idea. To fill the holes get some epoxy filler. [Linked Image]
