I hopped around and didn’t watch the whole thing, did he discuss if the graphs were reading off due to fog? Just curious not hear to bash them as it’s a horrible deal and I am sure lessons were learned, just curious as some have said the fog effects graphs.

He wasn’t sure because he was hunkered down in the cold. It was 28 degrees. He said maybe he had it zoomed in to far but wasn’t sure. Said they slowed down from running 65 to the 40’s when they hit the fog. Lots of lessons to be learned from watching that video especially if you are the owner/captain of a boat.

Wow, incredible story and video. Brady is very strong hearted and Focused on recovery. I wish him the best and this should be a learning lesson for all.

Amazing footage and interview. Please slow down in fog and don't rely on GPS. I don't know if that was a factor here, however, GPS does not appear to be reliable, plus, you can not see obstacles such as docks, trees, or other boaters. I know Brady hopes one person can avoid his hardship by learning something here.

I’m proud and blessed to call him my friend. Shanda and I still pray for him daily to get thru all this. That was the first time I’ve seen the wreck video, and it’s very hard to watch.

Sinky, its very bad to watch. However if these tournament directors don't start putting some rules in place for fog more accidents will happen. Put in you must launch 1/2 mile from take off, only idle speed till take off; or make it mandatory you launch from one launch only which I don't agree with but if it saves someone's life, then i do. I know people will not like this but what else do you do?

I think Brady says there was no fog at launch. they didn't get into the fog until they were up near the dam.

with as clear as the video is and the distance the camera was from the site they hit, how bad could the fog have been?

wasn't there, hope brady has a full recovery and gets to win some tournaments but the video has me confused now.

Look at how bad the fog is on the right hand side of the dam on the zoomed in part of the video. Fog can be heavy in spots and then be less dense in a matter of feet. Just like clouds which is basically what fog is.

How in the hell can you T-Bone that dam and not know where it is at. Jeez that is hard to watch.
