Water temp won’t exceed 56 in the afternoons, water is pretty darn clear right now. It will be won with livescope in the 4-10 ft range.

It’s looking like the spinnerbait bite should line up perfect for Christie

The weather here has been up and done, 80 one day, mid 40s the next. Seems to be delaying things for sure. Got another week to start stabilizing, they might hit it perfect.

How much weight are you thinking it will take to win?

Most likely, it'll be same patterns as Fork two weeks ago.

Its that time of year again for the 'Classic Odds' shows. I know BTL does one with Mark and the article is up on bassmaster. I know its dumb, but for us that really enjoy sports betting, the 'odds' make my skin crawl. I think 45 of the 56 anglers on bassmaster have better than 50-1 odds. roflmao ...

68lbs seems kinda high to me but I’m wrong all the time. We weighed in 19.10 on Saturday and 17.95 on Sunday and every fish came out of knee deep water on a spinnerbait. We saw close to 54 degree water each day and each morning started below freezing.

I will be up before the classic to fish and I wasn’t gonna mess with that shallow spinnerbait but I will now!👍😆

I wish it would go down shallow, however with the clear water etc. I see a scoping tournament in prespawn areas. if water was to get dirty I like Hackney. I think most likely won on a jerk bait and Patrick Walters is one of the best at that, however there are several that are equal.

I’d like to see John Cox win it, if Milliken could pull it off it would be worth it alone just to see the Randy crowd go nuts.

Not starting another FFS (right or wrong) debate, but its crazy to think anything other than FFS will win. Since the start of last year, when basically the full field started was running FFS, has Sabine been the only tournament won without it? So what is that 11 of the last 12, and Sabine is the one exception? I would love to see it, but i cant imagine thinking anything else will win.
