Do I hate ffs? No. At the elite level? Absolutely!

They all have it or can have it. Plenty of skill required using the FFS. They have put in countless hours getting great at using FSS. It really requires more skill it’s just with the electronics. If it required less then everyone using it would benefit. You still have to out perform the other guy. That’s as difficult as it’s always been. They have always had to adapt over the years whether it was baits, boats or electronics. Fail to adapt and you likely aren't in the Elites anymore.

The playing field just got wider. They can target fish running around in the middle of nowhere.

It’s about as interesting as anything else on Live with the exception of topwater when they are catching them on it or an active chunk and wind bite.

Fujita on day 3 and Milliken on 3-4 were the only two I witnessed anywhere else.

Don’t know question - do they release the bass near weigh-in or scatter to other areas?

IIRC they release at two different spots... or maybe it's two different release boats. Not directly at the ramp/weight in area, but not sure how far away either.
