So I'm doing something that's either really smart or really stupid . . . I'm applying for my 07 FFL. Will also get 02 SOT with it so that I can broker machine gun sales etc. I keep running into situations where someone - an estate planning client, a probate decedent, etc - has a registered machine gun and needs help with the transfer, or sometimes there's regular firearms in the estate that the executor needs stored and/or disposed of. Got it through my head that means I could handle other firearms sales, transactions, and so on - like being a receiving FFL for those local to me (no, I'm not gonna do any jiggery-pokery deals).
So I formed the LLC and trying to decide on an appropriate assumed name for the business. "Uncle Zeeks Armory" has a nice ring to it, but I'm all ears for better ideas.
What's the OT got for this?
PS - yes, I know about ITAR and it's applications here
