what about Monkey Grass it will grow anywhere & it has a decent texture

Thank you for the kind words. At the end of the day my opinion is garbage. Granted I'm a turf guy, and I think if we work together, we can find a solution for your problem. I just hate seeing wasted money on a project you're looking at and only to be disappointed in a year or two. That would be great. Thank you. I started researching options.

what about Monkey Grass it will grow anywhere & it has a decent texture That's what I was thinking. Some type of ground cover and you can place some pavers down to make a walking path. Might check Neil Sperry's sight on ground cover recs.
