Hope everyone is having a great holiday season!

I’m new to crappie fish and eager to learn. Love to hire a reputable guide on Hubbard Creek or Lake Ivie if y’all know of any?

Thanks
Clay

Have you thought of any other lakes in Abilene area besides these you mentioned? Ft Phantom Hill? it's a good crappie lake.

I fish for crappie some at phantom already and got a few good brush piles that I can fish probably year round. Phantom gets to having a lot of traffic on it on the weekends so I got away from fishing it the last three years or so. Just prefer Hubbard over phantom.

With the bridge being shutdown it would be hard for a guide to get to clients from the West
Maybe he could put in at the dam and pick you up at the bridge ramp

I fish on the edge and stay out of the middle
