Waterfront RV Lot Paradise RV Resorts Please excuse the long read: RV NOT INCLUDED LEASE LOT W/IMPROVEMENTS ONLY $$$ PRICE LOWERED * AGAIN * TO $7500 FIRM!! $$$ I have a "Leased" waterfront lot that I am offering up for sale. You may be confused what I am selling since the lot is leased. What am selling is the lease AND lot improvements. Before you ask the annual lease amount I will ask you to contact the park office. Then you can cut the he said she said and deal directly with the park long after I have left. This NOT a full time park and you CAN'T reside here it does have a maximum days a year limit. Check with office for ALL rules and rates please. Not to the actual improvements made to the lot. Concrete slab to park RV on. Covered 400sg. ft. deck 2 Handicap ramps instead of steps Edison lights with Remote control on and off Flat Screen TV with soundbar Multiple electric outlets Small dorm refridgerator Small pier with electricity Irrigation pump and partially installed sprinkler system from Lake. 3 yr old 3 foot retaining wall to level back yard. 7 loads of sandy loam to fill in and level yard. Sodded with Zoysia grass Deck wired for ceiling fan as well Coolaroo blinds Drawbacks: Driveway is not long enough for a boat and tow vehicle to park connected. Drive is wide enough for 2 vehicles and a golf cart ot a boat and tow vehicle side by side Lot is PF49 and you can give this info to the office for rates and questions. This is strictly the "Leased" lot with deck, TV, dock basically a turn key lot where all you need is to park your provided trailer. Yes it is full hook ups and my lease is fully transferable and and until 5-24. Also as far as price and all park rules I ask you contact the office at number posted above to avoid any miscommunication or misinformation. With each new tenant rates are changed to reflect competitive rates so you would need to contact the office at number in ad for all lot questions.
