We got a new puppy from cg203 here on the TFF last Tuesday and my wife named him Rusty! Yesterday at Lavon was his first trip in the boat with Papa, Nana and grandson Evan and the trip went great! He wandered around the boat sniffing and checking it all out. I was just putting on bait and taking off fish, but Nana and Evan caught several and we were able to bring home six bluegill one crappie! Awesome pup. We have 2 Standard Poodles ourselves and they are probably the best dogs I've ever had but will say, they are high maintenance. I'm not talking about bathing and grooming either. Because they are so smart, they need constant attention and mind stimulation. Have to make time every day after work to play with them, not that its a bad thing.
