Yeah, there are Mirror Carp in Texas lakes, but they are usually very rare. Much rarer in the USA in general then they are in Europe where carp are bred and stocked as a sportfish...actually, as THE sportfish lol.
As for how big they get, well, they'll get as big as any other Common Carp. Mirrors are exactly the same fish as Common Carp, they just have a gene which causes unusual scale patterns.
