Start your engines and let the lawlessness abound. It's already been going. Homeless camps popping up in parks and neighbors hood, shootings, robberies up a lot. Have a buddy of mine that is coaching for the Vikings he went back about 3 weeks ago getting ready for the season he's ready to leave and he lives in a really nice suburb

Sounds like a good idea. Let them reapply for jobs, get rid of the undesirables, get rid of the unions, and start a new environment. Probably needs to be done in other cities where citizens have no confidence in their police.

The first time a recently graduated social worker employed by the CPS goes to the home of an accused child abuser without armed police backup will indeed be a noteworthy event. That and I will contribute to a fund set up for local criminals of all kinds to move there.

I have a prediction. If the voters go for this (but the common folk may just be smarter than the politicians) it will only last a few weeks at most. Me and the robbers, killers, looters, etc. know that very quickly everyone will see what a horrible decision it was, so there will be a quick wave of total anarchy during the first few weeks while they have a chance to profit from such stupidity. Then there will be screaming for a police force again.
