sand bass man Angler Registered: 04/02/07 Posts: 413	gosh i wish i would've found you sooner i'm a first time boat buyer and the boat i purchased stopped working! the motor cranks up and everything seems fine, but the propeller won't turn....as i found out the hard way this past weekend at lavon slowly drifting away... please come look at my boat!

Rookie 15 Green Horn Registered: 12/06/06 Posts: 12 Loc: Keller, TX	I need some help with a 79 mercury 1400, I have been messing with the carbs on this thing for quite some time...Currently the motor idles at around 4000 rpm. I pulled all of the carbs a year ago and rebuilt them with carb kits, but really no luck. Please let me know if you are interested in fixing this outboard and a ball park on price.
