 IPad Will Not Charge

My iPad has decided not to charge anymore.
I have tried several cables, charger, and cleaned out charging port.
Can the charging port be repaired, or is it time for a new ipad?

How old is the battery? Did you try all that stuff on another device?

Hawk, had this issue with mine a few years ago. Would show dead battery and wouldn't boot even after being charged for hours. Had to constantly hard and soft reset then it would finally boot and act normal, until i turned it off then back on, then battery showed dead again. Back to resetting until it booted. Weird because its been fine for a few years now so i have no idea why it happened

It can be repaired. You Tube is your friend and they even have replacement kits on Amazon.

iPads are very easy to replace the charging ports on. But considering how cheap tablets have gotten, and considering the age of your iPad, it might be worth replacing.

I took mine that had the same problem to one of those storefronts that repaired iPads and whatnots. The cost just to try (no guarantee) was about 60% on the cost of a new iPad. So they made the decision easy.

Almost 100% chance its just the port. And it should be less than $15 online.
