Any tips from the lipless crankbait diehards out there on how you deal with a long day of ripping baits from the grass. Looking for recommendations on technique, rod styles, rod position etc...

The real good guys at it say if you do it all day you will be completely shot at the end of a day. It's the truth too. The middle of my shoulder blades was burning the other day from it

Maybe just me but I have noticed that I get sore after casting crankbaits for long periods if I am not regularly catching fish. Whenever the action improves the pain miraculously goes away.

A real big speed reel too keep from having to crank hard, a medium heavy rod with a fast tip. Instead of jerking it free when you touch the grass just give the reel handle a hard crank and a little rod flip. It works pretty well.
Retirement best job ever.

Its funny to me that people sit with the remote in their hand all week eating potato chips and drinking soda. Then on the weekend cant figure out why they dont have the stamina they had when they were 18 years old and 50 pound lighter! You gotta hit the gym brother!
