 A sad day, lost our 16yr old Buster Boy

This is Buster  Buster was my daughters dog that I got to be caretaker of for his 16 years of life while she took care of her schooling, growth and development as a young lady, Buster was a major part of the family and perhaps did not even understand that he was a dog as he was allways treated as our boy. Buster developed a sebaceous cyst that just continued to grow and grow to the point that it started effecting his ability to eat, after several visits to the vet and careful monitoring of the situation it was decided on Saturday to risk putting him under anesthesia and doing the surgery. The surgery went well and they removed a massive cyst, unfortunately he did not survive the anesthesia and never woke up, I was scheduled to pick him up @ 10:30 this morning and bring him home, but I got a call from the vets office @ 8am letting me know that despite their best efforts he never woke up from the anesthesia.  Buster was a very good, smart dog and will be missed by all that knew him

Sure sorry, it's a tough gig to get over. I lost my Sadie on Aug 6th. She would have been 16YO next month. Just remember all the good times that you spent together. Buster was a lucky dog!
