Anyone have experience with this? My ex wife has been trying to push some buttons here lately. Its funny how the family court system works. We have a pretty bad history to be honest. Ive kind of had this fraud thing under my hat for 3 years or so. Buts its coming apparent its time to give her a realty check. Basically she lied under oath about 9k of money. Thats what I can figure out in my head but I know theres more. I know who the trustee was. I can prove she lied under oath easily Im wondering what they would do. Ive done some reading but doesnt say a lot looks like they could while out her bankruptcy and make her pay everyone back. Which would be fine with me.

Agreed. Don't tip your hand on something like that.

Sometimes its better to just let things go and move on.

^^^Agreed. An ex will never be an ex as long as you engage. #walkaway
