I have a yammy 250 hpdi...blown powerhead..second one...what's y'alls thoughts on this..I'm leaning towards a new SHO...

Last I herd there are no Sho around to be had until after first of the year, you might find a dealer to pull off a boat but I don't see it happening. I f decide to rebuild let me know. I can get it done for you.

Yes..I have heard the same thing..nothing available right now...I don't have a problem waiting until next year..also have heard rumors of a possible new yamaha may be coming soon..JS..

Found a dealer that took the time to secure me a 2019 SHO with the yamaha promotion of a additional 3 yrs of warranty...hopefully will be on the water again in 4 to 5 weeks...

Sounds like a plan. Were you able to negotiate price or was it firm? Not asking for specifics, just curious in the event my '93 Mariner dies.

I looked at on line prices..I paid less than what they were listed there...these were dealers on the coast..I did find one that was a little cheaper but I would have to drive to Houston so it was pretty much a wash...there is a little wiggle room but not much
